New Advanced Tutorial – Showing Subcategories on Parent Category Page

An Advanced subscriber asked for help with a site update. As is the case with Advanced subscribers, if a topic seems like it would be interesting to my subscribers, I often offer to do the work in exchange for being able to do a tutorial. In this case, I thought it was an interesting project - having parent categories show subcategories, with images, on the page if they exist.
